1. Purchases and Licensing
All purchases of Clashtrix licenses are subject to:
- Availability
- License validation requirements
- Compliance with this Agreement
The default license offered is a single-user subscription valid for one (1) year.
Custom licensing arrangements may be established through mutual written agreement.
Pricing, licensing terms, and subscription conditions may be updated or modified by the Licensor at any time. Any such changes will apply to future purchases or subscription renewals and will not affect active licenses during their current subscription period.
2. Trial Access
Users may be granted a trial period of fourteen (14) days to evaluate the software.
Clashtrix reserves the right to modify the duration or conditions of the trial period at any time.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Whish Money or other authorized payment services. Clashtrix does not store payment card details.
4. License Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Protecting their license keys
- Preventing unauthorized use
- Ensuring compliance with licensing terms
Unauthorized sharing of license credentials may result in license suspension or termination.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms
- Distribute unauthorized copies of the software
- Interfere with license validation services
6. Data Privacy and Software Operation
Clashtrix operates entirely on the user's local machine within the Autodesk Navisworks environment.
All project data, model files, clash results, and related information remain on the user's system and are not transmitted externally by the software.
Clashtrix does not upload, store, or transmit project models, model elements, or clash data to external servers.
An internet connection is required only for license activation and subscription validation purposes.
The license validation process verifies the status of the subscription but does not access, collect, or transmit any project model data.
Clashtrix may collect limited technical information necessary for:
- License validation
- Software version verification
Such information does not include project models, model content, or confidential project data.
7. Changes To Terms
Clashtrix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the software or services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
